REFUND, RETURNS and CANCELLATIONS POLICIES:

It’s important to us that you’re completely satisfied with your Hip Hop Everyday merchandise, so we accept returns for up to 10 days after receipt of your purchase. Return items must be sent back in their original packaging with tags.

To send an item back to us, please enclose the Hip Hop Everyday invoice which arrived with your package. You may use any shipper you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as Hip Hop Everyday cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.

Once we receive your return package, please allow 2 weeks for processing. We will send you an email notification when your refund has been processed. Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you selected for the original order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Hip Hop Everyday does not process exchanges. We suggest that you send your merchandise back to us for a refund, and place a new order with us at any time.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Sales Tax: We are required by law to charge sales tax on orders delivered to the state in which we have corporate location. Therefore, sales tax will be charged on all orders delivered to Wisconsin.

Credit Cards and Debit Cards: Hip Hop Everyday Apparel accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Debit cards are also accepted as long as they have a Visa or MasterCard logo. These cards are secure and provide fast ordering.

PayPal: PayPal payments are accepted so long as you use your Confirmed delivery address. Proceed through our online checkout and select PayPal as your payment. Sorry, but we do not accept PayPal e-checks.
